Helston maintained their impressive form with a dominant display at Clodgey Lane, defeating Launceston IIs 58-25 in their first meeting since the Castles' promotion to Counties 2.
Despite blustery conditions, the home side started brightly. Hooker Chris Olliffe crossed for the opening try, expertly converted by Ben Rosevear. Launceston hit back immediately with a try of their own, but it would be one of few bright moments for the visitors.

Helston's dominance in the scrum during the first half showcased their forward power, though injuries to the Launceston pack forced uncontested scrums for much of the match. This did little to slow Helston's momentum.

The home side's attacking prowess was on full display throughout, with tries from Will Jenkin (2), Brad Howe, Amori Matanatabu (2), Chris Olliffe with his second, and Rowan Lawrence completing the scoring rout.
