Meeting in Helston RFC for bus at 9.30. Good afternoon ladies, well have a dress code for Sunday as usual so that we keep on maintaining that standard.
*Travelling up:*
Helston training shirt with hoodie, track pants, Kit bag. If you don't have any of those please just wear anything similar.
*After game*
Helston blue collar t-shirt with chinos, if you don't have any of that please wear anything neat similar.
Please bring all rugby gear you require on the day.
*This evening*
After the official training session at 6:30pm and whoever wants to do some personal skills are more then welcome to stay back and we'll finish off by 7pm.
